M. Karim Kebab & Grill began with a love of cooking and a desire to honor family. Named after our founder’s beloved grandfather, Mohammad Karim, our food truck carries forward his legacy of honesty, kindness, and warm hospitality.

Chef Sahir brings more than 20 years of culinary experience to every plate. His signature recipes combine premium halal ingredients, freshly ground spices, and traditional techniques to create kebabs and dishes full of authentic flavor.

Our mission is to serve fresh, memorable food that brings people together. Whether you stop by for a quick meal or invite us to cater a special occasion, we welcome you like family. Every meal is a tribute to the values and memory of Mohammad Karim.
